Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and payment information to complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address or item changes. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@vitalheal.co. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.


Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in 0–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Transit takes 4–9 business days. Total delivery time: 4–12 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking can take up to 3 days to update. During this time, it may show “Info Received” — meaning your package is handed to the carrier but not yet scanned.

My order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.
Sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery. Please allow 3 extra days. If you still haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Is my shipment insured?
Yes. All shipments are insured and trackable until confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely by our trusted providers (Shopify Payments & partners) and comply with PCI DSS standards.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window. Products must be unused, unopened (for supplements), and in original packaging. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. The fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order.
