Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM / 15:00 (GMT+01:00, Stockholm). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is usually 5–9 business days, depending on the destination and courier.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, supplements and other ingestible products must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
Returns are made by mail and must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We do not charge restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
