Estimated transit time is 4–9 business days. Total estimated delivery time is usually 4–12 business days, depending on the destination and courier.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 60 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns are made by mail and must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We do not charge restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
